  • Payment: 25% of full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

3. Car Hire Services

Rental Period: A rental day is defined as one calendar day, starting in the morning and ending at night, rather than 24 hours from the time of pick-up. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

Mileage and Time Calculation: The total kilometers and time will be calculated from the vehicle’s departure to its return to our garage. This ensures transparency and fairness in billing.

Air Conditioning: Please note that the air conditioning (AC) may not function in hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked. This is to ensure the safety and optimal performance of the vehicle.

4. Hotel Booking

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel and will be detailed in your booking confirmation. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times.
  • Special Requests: We strive to accommodate special requests, but please understand that these are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations and No-Shows: Hotel cancellation policies vary, and any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of booking. No-shows may result in the forfeiture of your booking and payment.

5. Tour Packages

  • Itineraries: Our tour packages are thoughtfully curated, but sometimes adjustments are necessary due to factors like weather or local conditions. We reserve the right to make such changes to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
  • Group Size: Some tours require a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that this number isn’t met, we may need to cancel the tour, in which case you will receive a full refund.
  • Included Services: Tour packages include services as listed in the itinerary. Any additional services or activities not mentioned may incur extra costs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
