- Partial Refund: If you need to cancel between 15-29 days before departure, we can refund 50% of your payment. This helps us cover the costs we’ve already incurred while still offering you some flexibility.
- Non-Refundable: Unfortunately, for cancellations made within 14 days of your departure, we will be unable to offer a refund. This is because most of the expenses, including accommodations and transport, would have already been paid for.
2. Trip Rescheduling
- Free Rescheduling: We offer one free rescheduling of your trip if requested up to 15 days before your departure. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates without any additional charges.
- Rescheduling Fees: For requests made within 14 days of departure, a nominal rescheduling fee will apply to cover any additional costs we may incur.
